Our customer had a basic entry system with his Parker Laying machine. Due to this reason there was a huge downtime as they had to stop the laying machine every time the fabric at the entry was finished. The time consumed to re-stitch the ends of fabric and feed again was costing a lot of losses as this expensive machine could not be operated to its full potential and efficiency.
The customer approached us with their predicament and asked us to work out an efficient solution to maximize the machine utilization. It was then when we designed a special Inlet Line comprising of a Railway Sewing Machine to join the fabric and J-Scray storage system to allow continuous operation of the laying machine during fabric change at entry.
The customer is now operating the laying machine to its full potential and is one of our many happy and satisfied customers.
